You might lose a refresh, but if that bothers you, you can always use a code to zero out the timestamp for that shop. You can mitigate this pretty easily by going to those shops once after the timer rolls over.

Obviously, if the last-accessed time is in the future, that's not going to work, even if it was actually 5 hours ago. The next time, it checks that against a threshold of elapsed time to see if the Rare Finds should refresh. Whenever you talk to one of those shopkeepers, the game stores the last time the shop was accessed. The worst that will happen to you is that any store you're monitoring for Rare Finds will miss one reset. When I was running repeatedly to test bugs and fixes, I'd just cycle through the first 3 hours of the game endlessly. Thanks to the folks who created the Gameshark codes for this game as I ported some things over to this cheat table. Also the money pointer (bits in this game). I have Infinite HP In Battle, Infinite Rune Use Out of Battle, Quick Level Gain, Infinite Usable Items and a Character Editor with options for experience and character attributes for now. Kind of similar to my table on Suikoden 5 but without as many options right now.

I have a table for Suikoden 1 NTSC using ePSXe 2.0.5. Starting playing Suikoden 1 again (may go through the series).
